    We invite you to join Music and Sound Exploration, where artmaking and music interwine. Here we make art, inspiring ourselves with classical and jazz music. We watch YouTube videos of sound artists. Here, you can sing to your favorite song. Audio and/or video of your performance can be recorded if you wish.

    Artist-Led Meditation Moment

    The Artist-Led Meditation Moment is a time of meditation and/or of making gentle body movements. These movements are led by artists through relaxing music to end our day. You can sit or stand or lie down. Whatever position makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in community together. This group is always open to suggestions and changes.
