Channeling analog modes of communication, these works seem to conjure ethereal portals to another realm while simultaneously rooting themselves in the natural world. The Harmony Walk is a community-based event that will take place at Nicholl Park on October 28th and will include a walk/fun run through the neighborhood as well as food trucks, live music, a raffle, guest speakers, vendors from local businesses, and more. The Harmony Walk is a critically important event that helps GRIP connect with the neighborhood and that brings in funding to allow GRIP to continue to carry out needed services for the community.
