“I’m trying to work on racism of the cats, like they can’t help being born black. 

And then on Halloween they’re having a hard time adopting black cats.

I’m trying to put a statement out on that. 

I feel sorry for all those black cats who want the attention, want to get loved, who want a petting and they don’t get it because it’s that sad superstition they have on Friday the 13th, saying ‘Beware of Black Cats’.

I’m going to change that to ‘Black Cat Power’. 

And then when I’m doing that, I’m making a statement saying ‘Be proud of who you are’.
