Hello, Joy!

NIAD Virtual Gallery

curated by Bruna Massadas

A painting on canvas: rainbow stripes curve in from all sides and fill the canvas surface. A classic hill shaped rainbow is at the center, and the bottom half of the painting is crowded with irregular shapes each painted a different color.

About the Exhibition

Worlds of rainbows, candy-colored forests, and heart-shaped petals—Ann Meade, Heather Hamann, Sara Malpass and all the artists in this exhibition offer vivid visions of joy. Their work reminds us that wonder still exists, even in difficult times. In their colors and forms, I find hope—a reminder that joy is not just possible, but necessary.

Time.Salon).
