Opening Reception for "Look Everywhere" at Atelier, Philadelphia

LOOK EVERYWHERE showcases works from thirty-three artists working from thirty progressive art studios across the United States. Curated by Jennifer Gilbert of Jennifer Lauren Gallery, it highlights the exciting creativity emerging from these studios, further expanding the conversation around the inclusivity and significance of artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities and asserting their rightful place within the contemporary art world.

Held in conjunction with the Creating Community Symposium and the larger LOOK HERE project, the symposium will provide valuable insights into the intersection of art, disability, and identity.

LOOK HERE is a multiphase project from Center for Creative Works and Haverford College that focuses on the changing narrative around art created in progressive studios and illuminates how neurodivergent artists challenge and expand conventional approaches to artmaking.

Exhibiting artists include: Nicole Appel, Everette Ball, Ricky Bearghost, John Behnke, Austin Brague, Silva Demirjian, Paige Donovan, Robert Duncombe, Rick Fleming, Daniel Green, Teresa Harris, HML, Romano Johnson, Simone Johnson, Michael LeVell, Michael Angelo Mangino, Vanessa McConnell, Walter Mika, Dan Miller, Marlon Mullen, Brian Nanry, Michael Oliveira, Inés Orihuela, Susan Pasowicz, Dennis Quillin, Shelly Radinsky, Helen Rae, Angela Rogers, Chris Schallhorn, Judith Scott, Carl J.
