• 11am – 2pm: Games, Community Vendor Booths, and more outside on Valdez Street as part of Valdez Vibes.
• 1pm: “Squeakie the Band” plays outside on Valdez Street
• 2pm: Ramen Shop Pop Up Bar opens in the Creative Growth Gallery
• 2:30pm: $50 In-Studio First Look Seating Starts
• 3pm: Beyond Trend Runway Show –
  • $50 tickets: In-Studio “First look” ticketed guests, deaf/HOH/low vision guests, and press. PLEASE NOTE: THESE TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT.
  • Artist Family and Friends, Creative Growth Community: Seating available on Valdez Street. PLEASE NOTE: THESE SEATS ARE FREE AND ARE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
• 4:30pm: Cake Cutting Ceremony for $50 ticketed guests in the Creative Growth Gallery.
• 5-6pm: Beyond Trend Pop-Up Shopping in the Creative Growth Studio

Alcohol: Please note that open containers of alcohol are not permitted while exploring the festival. Alcohol will be served at tables within the festival area and in front of participating restaurants, Jolie Laide Wines and participating vendors. To be served alcohol, you must be seated, and age verification rules apply.

Parking: We recommend the following parking options for your convenience:

• Hanover Northgate Parking: On Valdez near 24th
• Alexian Webster Public Garage: Webster and Alexan
• Ace Parking: Webster, closer to 24th Street
• Douglas Parking: On Webster, closer to 24th Street
• Douglas Parking: On the corner of Webster and 23rd

Security: For your safety and peace of mind, we have hired two security guards who will be on hand throughout the duration of the event.
