At NIAD, Disability Pride isn’t just a month. It’s every day. It lives in every painting, every sculpture, every print, every piece of wearable art created in our studios.
Our program celebrates more than art. NIAD is a creative ecosystem rooted in self-determination, visibility, and care. It’s a space where disabled artists thrive, connect, and claim their rightful place in the art world.
Last week we sent out our version of summer reading: NIAD’s beautiful Strategic Plan and Annual Report. The Strategic Plan for 2024-2027 charts where we’re going—our bright vision for the future—while the 2025 Annual Report celebrates where we’ve been and where we are today.
Together, they tell the story of all that your support has made possible and everything we’re building next - and it's a gripping narrative of pride, creativity, and care, with an unforgettable cast of characters. You won't be able to put them down!
