There are two ways you can purchase items on NIAD's website.
Contact us by phone or e-mail. The Director of Art Sales is happy to assist you. In the e-mail please include your
name, mailing address, and telephone
number. Also, be sure to list the title of the piece and the artist.

Use PayPal. Our website also handles credit card payments via PayPal.
Just look for the "add to cart" button located under each item. Clicking on the button will generate your Paypal "shopping cart" in a new window. Any successive item should be added to this cart automatically. When you've finished shopping go back to your Paypal shopping cart and click on "proceed to checkout." You do not need a Paypal account to complete your order. If you have any trouble using this system please contact us immediately and we can assist you with your order.
Payment Methods. NIAD accepts Visa, MasterCard, personal checks,
money orders and cash on-site in our gift store.
Tax. Work shipped within the
State of California is subject to 9.75 percent sales tax.
Shipping. If you contact NIAD by phone we'll package your purchase and provide you with an estimate based on weight, size, and carrier terms. If you purchase an item via Paypal a shipping cost is automatically allocated to your bill. If you purchase multiple items, such as artwork, each item will have a separate shipping charge. In most cases artwork is bundled together and if our staff discovers that you paid an excess amount in shipping costs, the difference will be refunded to you via Paypal.
Returns. We provide a five-day approval period on purchased items.
Please inspect your purchases carefully and notify us immediately
if there is any damage. If you aren't satisfied with your
purchase, notify us within the five-day approval period and
return it. You will be responsible for shipping and insurance
charges. Upon receipt of the safely returned work, we will
credit your account.
